Our private suites combine comfort with advanced technology. Each sauna cabin features full-spectrum infrared heaters and medical-grade chromotherapy lighting, creating a relaxing space that supports both physical and mental wellness.

​What is Infrared Sauna Therapy?

Infrared sauna therapy uses gentle, therapeutic heat from infrared light to warm your body directly instead of heating the air. This creates a deep, relaxing sweat at a lower temperature than traditional saunas, making the experience more comfortable while still delivering powerful results.

How It Works

Infrared saunas use full-spectrum infrared wavelengths — near, mid, and far — that penetrate the skin and raise your core temperature from the inside out. This process stimulates circulation, promotes detoxification, and supports overall wellness.​​​​​

  Infrared Sauna at Revive  

TIP:

First-time Revive guests, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can give you a quick tour of our facility and  and your entertainment options and their connectivity.​

The Experience

When pre-booked online or through our booking app, we will pre-heat your sauna for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The sauna cabin should be 110°F - 120°F when you arrive, with average temperatures ranging from 120°F to 145°F during your 30-40 minute session.

​

You will enjoy all the relaxation and detoxification benefits of a traditional sauna, with the added benefits of infrared light therapy, at a much more comfortable temperature. Infrared saunas are also dry saunas, which makes for a more enjoyable and relaxed sauna session.

       

TIPS: 

Arrive 5-10 minutes early.

You will be more relaxed if you are not rushing. This also leaves time for you to use the restroom and refill your water bottle before your session is scheduled to begin.

 

Take your time. 

Don’t stress and rush through a relaxing sauna session, instead, be aware of your time before heading in and plan accordingly.​

Designed for Your Comfort

At Revive Sauna Suites, your sauna experience is designed for comfort, privacy, and total relaxation. Each oversized full-spectrum infrared sauna is located in its own private room, so you can enjoy your session without distractions. Every sauna also includes medical-grade Chromotherapy (color light therapy) to enhance your session's rejuvenating and healing effects.

On your first visit, our team will give you a quick tour, answer your questions, and guide you through all the comfort and entertainment options available. Our goal is to help you feel informed, at ease, and ready to enjoy every minute. From the moment you step inside your private suite, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

​​Your Session 

Includes:

​

  • ​​Full towel service

  • Refreshing cool cloth for after your session

  • Use your refillable water bottle to fill up at our water cooler. We also have bottled water and electrolyte beverages available for purchase. 

  • Each suite has a Smart TV with various entertainment apps. The TV audio connects directly to the sauna cabin speakers.​

  • An enhanced audio sound system, including Bluetooth and AUX inputs, makes connecting and listening to your audio devices easy. You can also link the sauna's Bluetooth to your phone playlist.

  • For your convenience, we offer makeup removal wipes, ponytail holders, and eye protection for red light therapy sessions.

Before

your session

​

  • Stay well hydrated. Drink liquids before your appointment.

  • Do not apply lotions or makeup before your session, allowing your skin to breathe.

  • Limit food intake to a light meal or snack an hour before your sauna session. Your body will detox more effectively because it will not use that energy for digestion.

  • Wear cool, loose-fitting clothing or bring a change of clothing that will be easy to change back into after your session. ​​

TIPS:

  • Taking a shower, or bath before a sauna session tends to increase perspiration, as bathing opens the pores.

  • Dry brushing before showering will also help to open pores and stimulate the lymphatic system.

  • Do not use the sauna directly following strenuous exercise. Wait at least 15 minutes to allow the body to cool down completely.​​

During

your session

  • Keep yourself well hydrated during your session and feel free to bring water into your suite, but please avoid bringing it into the sauna cabin.

  •  It is important not to sleep inside the sauna while it is in full operation.

  • Be mindful not to get overheated. If needed, open the vent or door to cool down, step out and take breaks, or sit outside the sauna cabin on the bench. Listen to your body and end your session early if necessary.​​​

​

TIPS:

  • To relieve sore and tight muscles, massage those areas for faster relief and effectiveness.

  • Towel off during your session (blot) to help your body sweat more freely.

  • Avoid turning the temperature down, as the heaters will shut off when they reach that temperature, causing you to sweat without getting the benefits from the infrared light. ​​​

After

your session

  • Blot any access sweat.

  • Use the cool washcloth provided to refresh yourself.

  • Continue to hydrate throughout the day or evening.

  • Continue to feel the benefits!

TIPS:

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before taking a shower or bath. Allow your body to cool down naturally. 

  • Some minerals can be lost in perspiration. Supplements can help to replenish these minerals. Replenish your electrolytes if necessary.​
