Revive Sauna Suites LLC is a non-medical, unregulated wellness spa located in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
We provide self-directed wellness experiences designed to support relaxation, recovery, and general well-being.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

Health Considerations

Infrared Sauna Therapy, Red Light Therapy (LED Light Therapy), Halotherapy (Salt Therapy), Vibration Plate Therapy, and other wellness modalities offered by Revive Sauna Suites LLC are for general wellness support only.

You are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before using any of these services, especially if you:

Have a medical condition or take prescription medications
Are pregnant or nursing
Have implanted medical devices
Have been advised to avoid heat, vibration, or light exposure

If you participate without medical clearance or against medical advice, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

Age Guidelines:

Under 12: May participate with parent/guardian supervision; shorter and cooler sessions only.
Ages 13–17: Permitted with parental consent and adjusted session times.
Seniors: Consult a physician before use; shorter and lower-temperature sessions are recommended.

Red Light Therapy (LED Light Therapy)
Avoid use if you have light sensitivity, epilepsy, or use photo-sensitizing medications.
Always wear protective eyewear during sessions.

Halotherapy (Salt Therapy)
Avoid use if you have:

Fever or contagious illness
Respiratory cancers or tuberculosis
Cardiac disease or severe hypertension
Acute or chronic respiratory infections

Vibration Plate Therapy
Avoid use if you have:

Cardiovascular or circulatory conditions
Muscle or bone injuries

Use caution if you are elderly, overweight, or have recent injuries or back pain.

Conduct and Safety Agreement

Conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly during your visit.
Follow all safety instructions provided by Revive Sauna Suites staff.
Immediately stop use if you experience dizziness, pain, or discomfort.
Do not use the sauna or other services after consuming alcohol or recreational drugs.
You must be 18 years or older to participate without parental consent.
Guests under 18 require parent or guardian supervision and signed consent.

Liability Release

You acknowledge that all services at Revive Sauna Suites LLC are voluntary and self-directed.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Infrared Sauna Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Halotherapy, Vibration Plate Therapy, and other wellness modalities offered.

Revive Sauna Suites LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions resulting from the use of any services, devices, or products.

You, your heirs, and legal representatives hereby release and hold harmless Revive Sauna Suites LLC, its owners, officers, and staff from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in these services.

This waiver remains in effect for all future visits and services unless revoked in writing.

Revive Sauna Suites LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or damage to personal devices used during sessions.

By booking a service and checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that:

You have read and understood this Service and Liability Waiver in full
You voluntarily agree to its terms
You understand that Revive Sauna Suites LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
You assume full responsibility for your participation in all services
