Thank you for choosing Revive Sauna Suites for your Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and wellness needs. Before booking your appointment, please carefully read the following Service and Liability Waiver. This waiver outlines important health and safety information. By booking a service with Revive Sauna Suites, you agree to the terms below:

Health Considerations​

1. You understand that Infrared Sauna Therapy, Red Light Therapy (LED Light Therapy), Halotherapy (Salt Therapy), and any other services offered are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. You are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider prior to using any services, especially if you have a medical condition, take medications, or are pregnant.

3. You accept full responsibility for seeking and following medical advice. If your provider recommends avoiding these services or has placed restrictions (such as time or temperature), you agree to adhere to those recommendations and inform Revive Sauna Suites LLC.

4. If you choose to participate without medical clearance or against medical advice, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and accept full responsibility for any outcomes.

Contraindications and Guidelines:

Infrared Sauna Therapy: Not recommended for individuals with:

• A fever

• Heat sensitivity

• Cardiovascular conditions (including hypertension)

• Pacemakers

• Pregnancy (consult with a physician)

Age Guidelines:

• Under 12: May participate with parent or guardian supervision; sessions will be shorter and at reduced temperatures.

• Ages 13–17: May use the sauna with adjusted temperature and time. Supervision and hydration are required.

• Elderly individuals: Consult with a physician before use; shorter and lower-temperature sessions are recommended.

Use caution or consult a physician if you have:

• Chronic conditions affecting sweat response (e.g., Anhidrosis, MS, Diabetes with neuropathy)

• Autoimmune conditions

• Hemophilia or other bleeding disorders

• Recent joint injuries (within the last 48 hours)

• Are taking medications that impair heat response

Red Light Therapy (LED Light Therapy): Not recommended for individuals with:

• Light sensitivity

• Epilepsy

• Photo-sensitizing medications

• Migraines triggered by light exposure

Halotherapy (Salt Therapy): Not recommended for individuals with:

• Fever or infectious disease

• Respiratory cancers

• Tuberculosis

• Cardiac conditions

• Acute respiratory illness

• Severe hypertension

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

• Pregnancy (consult with your physician)

Vibration Plate Therapy: Not recommended for individuals with:

• Cardiovascular conditions

• Muscle or bone injuries

• Medical implants

• Epilepsy

• Pregnancy (consult your physician)

• Children under a certain age

Use caution if you are:

• Elderly

• Overweight or obese

• Experiencing back pain or have recent injuries

Conduct and Safety Agreement

• Conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly during your visit

• Follow all instructions provided for safe and proper use of all equipment

• Immediately stop use if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, heat exhaustion, pain, or discomfort

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18

• Wear protective eyewear during Red Light Therapy (provided or bring your own)

• Avoid alcohol consumption before using the sauna, as it increases heart rate and heat stress risks

Liability Release

• Revive Sauna Suites LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions from the use of any services, devices, or products.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Infrared Sauna Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Halotherapy, Vibration Plate use, and all other wellness services offered.

• You, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns hereby release and hold harmless Revive Sauna Suites LLC, its owners, officers, and staff from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your participation.

• This waiver will remain in effect for all current and future use of Revive Sauna Suites' services unless revoked in writing.

• Revive Sauna Suites LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or for any damage to personal electronic devices used during your session.
