**Important Notice to Revive Guests: Effective March 19, 2024**

   Dear Valued Guests, Starting March 19, 2024, all reservations at Revive must be paid when booking to combat recent no-show incidents. If you cancel your appointment via text, email, website/app message, or phone call, the full amount will be applied to your rescheduled visit. If you would prefer a refund we will process a credit card credit minus the credit card processing fees that we incurred. No-shows will result in no refund.

We appreciate your understanding of this necessary change. At Revive, we take pride in preparing your suite meticulously. From setting the sauna to the perfect temperature to providing chilled towels to ensure your experience is exceptional. Please note that missed appointments not only disrupt our schedule but also impact other clients' ability to book their sessions.

Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this new policy are greatly appreciated. Our commitment to providing you with the best experience remains unwavering, and your timely cancellations help us serve you better.

Late & Cancelation Policy


 • Late policy: ​​Please keep in mind that scheduled time allows for undressing/dressing and cleaning between guests. 

Your Sauna cabin will be preheated before your arrival so that you have the optimal temperature during your session. Arrive a few minutes early to use the restroom and pay any balance due. Please arrive on time. 

We know things happen from time to time and sometimes this can not be avoided.  If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee availability

      ​***If it is your first visit, please arrive 10-15 min early.

 • To cancel:  up to two hours before session start time.

Text or call 813-333-5901 or email with Cancellation in the subject line.

 If canceled two hours prior we will refund your payment minus the Credit card processing fees we incurred.  


 • Reschedule: up to one hour before session start time.   Call or text 813-333-5901 or email with Reschedule in the subject line. The full deposit amount will be put towards the rescheduled session.


 No Shows: will result in no refund and/or will count as a used session from your purchased monthly package.
