Terms & Conditions

Pricing:

  •  Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the company's sole discretion.

Refund & Expiration Policy:

  • All sales at Revive Sauna Suites are final. Packages, gift cards, and sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended or rolled over past their stated expiration. In the event that Revive Sauna Suites permanently closes, notice will be posted on our website at least 30 days prior to the closing date. A email will be sent to the email address on file. All active sessions, packages, and gift cards must be redeemed by the final day of business. After that date, any unused sessions or gift card balances will expire. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Monthly plan: Revive Freedom Plans

  • Payments are not recurring

  • All sessions must be used within a month unless otherwise stated or advertised.

  • No Membership required

  • No rollovers/non-transferable

  • No refunds for unused sessions

Monthly plan: Revive Flex Plans

  • Payments are recurring until canceled.

  • Automatic payments every month

  • 3-month minimum commitment*

  • Sessions valid (1) month

  • Roll over sessions - 30 days   (does not include unlimited plans).  All Roll over session expire 30 days after cancelation. 

  • No refunds for unused sessions

 *Payments are recurring until canceled. After the initial (3) month commitment, you may cancel at any time  prior to the next billing date, with notice during business operating hours. If the payment is already processed, no refunds will be issued. Plan changes or cancellations will be applied immediately before the next payment processing date.

​​Multi Packs: Relax & Renew Packs

  • ​Payments are not recurring

  • Valid (1) year from activation

  • No membership required

  • No rollovers/non-transferable

  • Family share available

  • No refunds for unused sessions

Bring a Friend: 

  • Bring a Friend F/$20.00 adds a person to your session

  • Both participants will utilize one sauna for this session

  • Does not include Red light therapy 

    

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies: 

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to two hours before the session starts by contacting us via Phone at 813-333-5901 or email at donna@revivesaunasutes.com with "Cancellation" in the subject line. If you cancel within two hours of the appointment time, we will refund your payment minus the credit card processing fees. If you used a session from a plan or package it will be credited back to that plan.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to one hour before the session’s start time by contacting us via phone at 813-333-5901 or email at donna@revivesaunasutes.com with "Reschedule" in the subject line.

  • No-Shows: : If you do not attend your appointment and do not cancel or reschedule within the above policies, you will not receive a refund. If you have used a package or plan for that appointment, it will be considered a used session and will not be credited back to your package or plan. No-shows without notification may result in prepaid-only booking privileges.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee availability. This may result in you having to wait or a reduction of time from your session.

​​​​​Conduct and Safety: 

  • All Revive guests are to conduct themselves respectfully during your visit.

  • All Revive guests must follow instructions and use facilities and equipment properly to ensure safety.

  • If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or experience signs of heat exhaustion during your sauna session, it is important to stop the session immediately.

  • All guests must be 18 years of age or older to sign the Liability/Medical waiver. If under eighteen, parental consent and signature are required.

  • If you experience pain or discomfort while in the sauna or using the LED light panels, you will discontinue use immediately.

  • While using the Red LED light panels; it is Revive guests' responsibility to wear the eye protection we provide (or you can bring your own.)

  • Avoid consuming alcohol before using the sauna, as it can increase heart rate, leading to further heat stress and dehydration.
