Before Your Session

  • Stay well hydrated. Drink liquids before your appointment.

  • Showering or bathing before a sauna session tends to increase perspiration as bathing opens the pores.

  • Dry brushing before showering will also help to open pores and stimulate the lymphatic system.

  • Do not apply lotions or makeup before, allowing your skin to breathe.

  • Limit food intake to a light meal or snack an hour before your sauna session. Your body will be able to detox more effectively because it will not be using that energy for digestion.

  • Do not use the sauna following strenuous exercise. Wait at least 15 minutes to allow the body to cool down completely.

  • Wear clothing that is cool and loose-fitted or bring some to change into after your session.

  • Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to check in and use the restroom if needed.

  • First-time Revive guests, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can give you a quick tour of our facility and your private suite. We will then give you a quick overview of the full-spectrum infrared Sauna and how to get the most out of your session. We will also go through the chromotherapy options in your sauna cabin and your entertainment options and their connectivity.

During Your Session

  •  Use the restroom before entering the suite so you will not need to interrupt your session.

  • Stay well hydrated during your session. You are welcome to bring water into your suite but please do not bring it into the Sauna cabin.

  • Towel off during your session (blot). This will help the body perspire more freely.

  • To relieve sore and tight muscles, massage those areas for faster healing and effectiveness.

  • Never sleep inside the sauna while the unit is in full operation.

  • Do not turn the temperature down. If the temperature is turned down the heaters will shut off when they hit that temperature. You will continue to sweat but will no longer be receiving the benefits of the infrared light.

  • Don’t let yourself get overheated. Open the vent or door if you need to cool down. Step out and take breaks when needed. There is a bench if you need to sit outside the sauna cabin to cool down. End your session early, if needed. Listen to your body!

After Your Session

  • Blot any access sweat.

  • Use the cool washcloth provided to refresh yourself.

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before taking a shower or bath. Allow your body to cool down naturally.

  • Continue to hydrate throughout the day or evening.

  • Some minerals can be lost in perspiration. Supplements can also be taken to replenish minerals.

  • Replenish your electrolytes if necessary.

  • Continue to feel the benefits!

The Experience

Experience the ultimate relaxation with our 30-40 minute tailored session at Revive. We aim to make your visit as convenient and relaxing as possible. When you pre-book online or through our app we pre-heat your sauna for 10-15 minutes to ensure optimal temperatures ranging from 110F to 145F during your session. Enjoy the benefits of traditional sauna and infrared light therapy at a comfortable temperature in our dry sauna.

  • Our full towel service includes a large body towel, a hand towel for sweat absorption, and a floor towel. Extra hand towels are available in each suite, with additional towels upon request. After your session, enjoy a chilled washcloth infused with Eucalyptus or Lavender, or opt for a plain cloth.

  • Bring your refillable water bottle and from our water cooler.

  • Each suite has a Fire TV with ample entertainment apps, and the audio is directly connected inside the sauna cabin.

  • Experience the added benefits of medical-grade chromotherapy in each sauna cabin.

  • For your convenience, we offer makeup removal wipes, ponytail holders, and eye protection for red light therapy sessions.
