• Sauna sessions are 30-40 minutes

• Sauna w/ RLT sessions are 40 - 50 minutes

• The room is booked for 50-60 min to allow for undressing/dressing and for cleaning between guests

• Your Sauna cabin will be preheated before your arrival so that you have the optimal temperature during your session. Please arrive on time

• If it is your first visit, please arrive 10-15 min early
