Red Light session Revive Sauna Suites offers red light to rejuvenate your body and mind. Our Red Light panels Combine 6 powerful wavelengths of light. Blue, Red, and Near Infrared. This combination of red, NIR, and blue light provides numerous benefits, such as reducing inflammation, boosting collagen, improving skin clarity, and even helping with pain relief. It can also help boost your mood and energy levels. We recommend using all the arrays of light at the same time for maximum results but can adjust if requested. We recommend 10-20 minutes at a distance of around 8"-14" for deep tissue therapy or 16"-24" for superficial skin therapy on bare skin. For optimal results, we recommend 3 to 5 times a week. Eye Protection isn't necessary, but we recommend wearing them and not looking directly into the LEDs as it can be uncomfortable. Make sure the area of your body you are treating is fully exposed to the light and not covered by any fabric or clothing. It is common to feel gentle warmth during and after treatment. Over time, and with consistent treatment, you can expect to feel more muscle relaxation, reduced stiffness and inflammation, and pain relief. If any type of discomfort or excessive sensitivity is felt, please decrease your exposure or increase the distance to the light.
