This sequence is designed to prepare the body, support deep tissue recovery, and enhance circulation.

Step 1: Massage Chair (10–20 minutes)

Relaxes muscle tension, increases circulation, and prepares the body for deeper recovery work.

Step 2: PEMF Therapy (10–20 minutes)

Supports cellular function, circulation, and helps shift the body into a recovery state.

Step 3: Red Light Therapy (10 minutes, front and back)
