Relaxes muscle tension, increases circulation, and prepares the body for deeper recovery work.
Step 2: PEMF Therapy (10–20 minutes)
Supports cellular function, circulation, and helps shift the body into a recovery state.
Step 3: Red Light Therapy (10 minutes, front and back)
Targets muscle recovery at a deeper level while supporting circulation and reducing inflammation.
Step 4: Infrared Sauna (40 minutes)
Promotes full-body circulation, relaxation, and supports the body’s natural recovery process through heat.

Optional Add-On:
Oxygen Bar Therapy

Why This Works
