We believe the body has an incredible ability to restore balance when given the right environment, and our therapies are designed to support that process. Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Donna Stad, owner of Revive Sauna Suites.

My journey into wellness began long before Revive became a reality. I’ve always been drawn to natural remedies and have had a passion for holistic health and wellness. Over the years, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about helping the body heal itself — from nutrition, supplements, and gentle detox practices to innovative therapies like infrared sauna and red light therapy.

My own wellness journey is what lit the spark. I explored many different approaches, but infrared sauna therapy truly stood out. It eased pain, reduced inflammation, and left me feeling renewed, balanced, and energized. I realized there wasn’t a place that offered a full-spectrum infrared sauna alongside other natural therapies in a private, peaceful, and relaxing environment.

That’s when the vision began. I wanted to create a space where people could step away from the chaos of everyday life and focus on their own healing — a space that combined the science-backed benefits of modern wellness therapies with the comfort and serenity of a relaxing atmosphere. My goal has always been to provide multiple therapies with specific benefits so guests can find the support that works best for them.

Revive Sauna Suites was born from that vision, with infrared sauna as the foundation. Since then, I’ve continued my wellness education through multiple holistic courses, combining knowledge with personal experience to guide and support others on their wellness journey.
